Brigette Lacquette

From her hometown in Mallard, Manitoba, Brigette is the first Cote First Nation ice hockey player to be named to the Canadian women’s hockey team. Through hard work and determination, Brigette has overcome adversity to be a two-time silver medallist with Team Canada and a gold medallist in the U18 World Cup in 2010. She also won a silver medal with Team Canada at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games. Brigette is a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
