Improving engagement,
decreasing bullying, and boosting student achievement

We match a volunteer Olympian, Paralympian, Student-Athlete, or Professional Athlete with classrooms for an entire school year of scaled mentorship - communicating through pre-recorded video lessons, live video chats, and an online community.

We then give teachers the tools to integrate social and emotional learning into their curriculum and existing programs – all for less than 10% of traditional mentor programs.

Every classroom in our Scaled Mentorship community is matched with a currently
competing Olympian, Paralympian, national team, college student-athlete, or professional athlete.

Mentors are assigned multiple classrooms
to scale the reach of a single mentor to have a wide impact.

Student activities build academic and social and emotional development.

Strong support and professional development impact teacher success.

Volunteer athlete mentors are selected and coached to deliver topics to their assigned classrooms.

Our evidence-based approach conducts research before and after programming and shows improvements in social and emotional development, attendance, school suspensions, and math and reading scores.
