Christian DeAngelis
Christian DeAngelis is a professional field hockey athlete training full-time in Charlotte, North Carolina, with the U.S. Men's National Team in pursuit of Olympic qualification. He played in England's Premier Division and professionally in Germany. Christian spent four years as an unheralded practice player at Old Dominion University, using that behind-the-scenes role to sharpen his skills. While recovering from an injury, he coached at Saint Joseph's University, staying connected to the game. Christian shares lessons on perseverance and non-traditional paths to success. He teaches kids that behind-the-scenes work and temporary setbacks are essential building blocks for long-term growth.
