Jackson Howden
Jackson Howden is an international handball athlete who represents Canada on the court and the sand. A veteran of the U19 World Championships, he plays for Canada's National Beach Handball Team—the ICEMEN—competing at elite events like the FISU University Beach Championships. To sharpen his game, Jackson moved overseas to train in Denmark, immersing himself in one of the sport's highest-level environments. Off the court, he stays dedicated to growing the sport across North America through grassroots efforts like the North American Beach Tour. Jackson brings his love for growing sports into his mentorship with students. He shows kids how stepping into unfamiliar environments builds character, confidence, and community.
