Paige Jones

Paige was born and raised in Park City, Utah and is a ski-jumper competing on the US Ski & Snowboard Team. She started ski jumping at age nine through a program called Get Out and Play at the Utah Olympic Park. Paige continued to ski jump through elementary, middle, and high school making the decision to stay at the local high school instead of attending a specialized sports school like many of her teammates. After competing internationally for the first time at age 15, she made her first national team shortly after at age 16. In 2020 she went to the Youth Olympic Games where she represented the US alongside her teammate Annika Belshaw. Since then she has begun studying biomedical engineering at the University of Utah, became the first woman to jump an Olympic Large Hill at a World Championships, and was named ski jumping athlete of the year in 2021. In the future, Paige is working towards becoming an Olympian and applying to medical schools.
