Classroom Champions is a year-long experience that supports teachers, students and admin and the full school community through powerful units, personalized video content and ongoing community conversation and connection.

All teachers in the program get access to live and virtual training options designed to set your school up for success. During this interactive session, educators learn about using the program to its fullest potential.

Each school will decide on a Site Champion to be the program’s cheerleader and point of contact for implementation. Our Site Champions have the full support of the Partner Success Team who provide hands-on guidance throughout onboarding and implementation. From account setup to engagement strategies, our team partners closely with your school to ensure a smooth start and strong program adoption.

Schools receive structured onboarding meetings that walk Site Champions and administrators step-by-step through account setup, program timelines, and best practices. These meetings help clarify roles, expectations, and next steps so everyone feels confident and supported from day one.

Teachers gain access to a robust library of classroom-ready resources, including lesson plans, activities, discussion guides, and athlete mentor content. All materials are designed to be flexible, easy to implement, and aligned with social-emotional learning and leadership development.

Your Classroom Champions experience begins with a personal welcome video from your athlete mentor. The video introduces students to the athlete, their story and their sport while creating an immediate sense of connection. It’s an engaging way to energize your classroom and start the year on a high.

Our curricular units provide limitless classroom applications. With a blend of hands-on activities and guided lesson plans, each unit can be delivered as a structured program or adapted to meet teachers’ individual needs.
